Validity of quotations: 30 days, upon request 90 days will be checked individually

Purchase orders must require an order acknowledgment, without agreed acknowledgement orders are not handled

Annual contracts: welcome with call-dates, call dates may vary upon agreement and agreed forecasts

Shipment: ex works

Packing: according actual cost

Payment: Prepayment or or or 30 days net upon approved credit-line

Warrenty: 12 month after products beeing shipped

Return shipments: without written return autorization goods will refused to accept and sent back at cost of sender
